Principal License

Baldwin Wallace University has discontinued the principal licensure program and is no longer accepting applications as of spring 2024. Please contact the admission office at (440) 826-8012 or graduate@wikiwagsdisposables.com with any questions.

The Baldwin Wallace principal licensure program takes two years to complete with a total of 23 semester hours. There are ten courses which includes two semesters of internships. The courses must be taken in sequential order. A Master's degree is required to obtain a principal's license.

Qualifications for Ohio Principal Licensure

  • Must have earned a Master's degree.
  • Must have a minimum of two years teaching experience.
  • Successful completion of a principal's licensure program.
  • Passage of state-approved assessment for school leadership.
